Gaoshan controling the quality of the valve at source. Raw Material must be inspected every time, only in accordance with the requirements of national standards before warehousing. Gaoshan can supply Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Carbon Steel, Forged Steel, Stainless Steel, Molybdenum Steel, Duplex stainless steel and so on.

We have our own casting line. chemical and physical analysis should be carried out to meet the national standard before casting.And keep the material sample for 10 years, so as to guarantee the valve quality better.Our casting line can not only control the quality, but also reduce the production costs.

Gaoshan has a variety of machining tools such as NC lathe, general-propose lathe and large scale machining center. The machining and dimensional accuracy which affect on valve’s operation have been finished with high precision by our trained craftsmen.

For the hard sealed valve, we conduct heat treatment on the sealing surface, which can improve the surface hardness and wear resistance, fatigue strength and corrosion resistance. That can increase valve service life.

All valves manufactured by Gaoshan are assembled and inspected in our factory.
Each valve shall be inspected and pressure tested after assembly. We use different media for different valves such as steam, water, compressed air and so on. Only qualified products will be sent to paint shop.

To ensure the beautiful appearance of the valve, we have an environment-friendly automatic paint spraying workshop and professional paint engineers.The warehouse covers an area of 2000 square meters that can deliver regular valves on time .
